Vehicle Registration Mark Fraud (the vehicle equivalent of identity theft) is among a growing number of crimes causing difficulties for vehicle owners. As recently as 18th March 2010, a question was asked in the House of Commons by Angela Watkinson MP to the Parliamentary Under-Secretary on the subject of vehicle cloning, calling for a better resolution process and protection.
